Peter qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1980 and has been involved in property ever since. With experience in both the UK and Cyprus property markets, Peter has been involved in Property management, Property Valuation, structural surveys and residential sales and lettings for over 40 years, the past 15 years being resident in Cyprus.
The Estate Agency in Cyprus was started in 2001 in response to a need to provide honest advice and good value property opportunities to foreigners wishing to buy here. The business has developed over the years and the main office is now located in Limassol with a team of property advisers helping both locals and foreigners to find their ideal home to buy or to rent. The firm is well established and respected and has one of the largest portfolios of properties available.
