A detached 3 bedroom House in a new complex consisting of 8 detached houses made in the traditional Cypriot style. The complex is located in the village of Apsiou, in the suburbs of Limassol. The village is located on the southern side of Cyprus, 17 km north of Limassol, at an altitude of 410 meters above sea level. The location of the village is ideal, as it is halfway between two airports: Larnaka and Paphos. The landscape of the village and its environs is varied: vineyards, turning into olive, almond groves,  hills near fertile valleys, pine forest reserves with places for rest, springs and the Garyllis river
